In 2018, Frank Di Mauro founded HaYaChat.com, an anonymous messaging platform designed for whistleblowers. As founder, Frank led the end-to-end architecture and design of the platform, focusing on robust technical infrastructure and maximising development on limited budgets. Serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master, he utilised an Agile framework to guide the full development lifecycle, including the planning, testing, and deployment phases.

Frank also managed client feedback and implemented key updates, working closely with high-profile clients like the Financial Times and Politico to tailor the platform to user needs.

Managing both the Project Architecture and the SDLC, HaYa was brought to market on time and within budget.
